Design of automated commercial electricity metering system
We perform complex design of 3-level automated information and system for commercial electricity metering with centralized control and distributed measurement function, which includes the following:
- pre-project survey (documentary and instrumental);
- development of the technical assignment and its support during the examination;
- development of technical working project (technical project and working documentation);
- development of information-measuring complex (IMC) with the function of conducting measurements;
- development of information and computing system of electrical plant (ICSEP) with the function of collecting information from each electrical plant or group of electrical plants;
- development of information and computing complex (ICC) with the functions of collecting and storing measurement results of all ICC, diagnostics of the state of measuring equipment, data transmission to all interested subjects of wholesale electricity market;
- examination of the technical and working project.
