Design of SCADA
We perform complex design of automatic process control system at facilities, which includes the following:
- creation of a list of functional subsystems and assignments for SCADA;
- creation of information and computing infrastructure of the facility, which includes the organization of
local data processing network (LAN); - placement and organization of power supply of SCADA;
- organization of data storage SCADA;
- decisions on the organization of automated workplaces;
- organization of means for protection against unauthorized access to information;
- creation of time standard system;
- selection of characteristics of control, measurement and control elements;
- development of decisions on the organization of the subsystem for registration of emergency events;
- determining the composition and characteristics of data transmitted to the upper levels of government;
- development of decisions on the choice of data transmission protocols from different directions;
- development of solutions for operational control of switching apparatuses and
devices for relay protection devices, including from remote control points; - creation of logic of software blocking of switching devices;
- development of solutions for interaction and integration with subsystems relay protection automation, emergency automation, automated commercial electricity metering system and communication systems;
- development of solutions for the subsystem of monitoring and control of engineering systems of the substation (security and fire alarm systems; automatic fire extinguishing and process water supply; life support systems, etc.).
