Design of the construction part of facility

We perform complex design of buildings and structures of I and II levels of responsibility with engineering and geological conditions of I and II categories of complexity, which includes the following:

• master plan of the designed facilities and adjacent territories:
  • design solutions and layouts of utility systems, transport infrastructure;
• options for architectural and construction solutions, including the following:
  • architectural part of the project (plans, sections, facades and spatial planning decisions);
  • constructive solutions for facilities to be designed and reconstructed (foundations, load-bearing and enclosing structures);
• design solutions for water supply and sewerage systems:
  • design solutions for heating and ventilation systems;
  • design decisions on layouts for improvement of facilities and adjacent territories (engineering preparation, landscaping);
  • town-planning substantiation;
  • approval of sections in the relevant authorities;
  • designer supervision during construction.
